Gerald Wolfe, Esq., Chief Legal Officer (Board Advisor)

Gerald Wolfe is the principal attorney of his own practice, Law In Progress, and has been in the practice of law for almost eight years. He has handled many areas of law focusing on Internet (website), intellectual property, human capital & immigration, corporate governance, employment and wealth preservation (estate planning, tax planning, asset protection, bankruptcy). He has also handled legal areas ranging from all levels of business transactions with entertainment, brick & mortar, technology and Internet based companies. His extensive knowledge makes him the perfect advisor and analyst on all matters of law for Humanatek, Inc.

Gerald also developed and introduced a revolutionary Internet legal practice he’s coined “WebPageAudits.” “WebPageAudits” is a legal service geared towards the audit of websites, their underlying property, contracts and policies for legal exposure. He has successfully prepared numerous patents, trademarks and copyright applications for his clients. He has recently been retained to structure, prepare and file SEC registration statements for a new mutual fund company. He understands both the technical and legal considerations involved in protecting valuable inventions, software and business methods (MARS™), thus enabling his clients to obtain enforceable patents, trademarks and copyrights with the broadest possible claims. He constantly brainstorms new and creative solutions for resolving client issues. Gerald received his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier College School of Law in 1995. He received his undergraduate degree from University of California, at San Diego in Philosophy and Theatrical Performance.
