ANALYST BIOGRAPHIES:
Bio: H. Martín
deCampo
H. Martin de'Campo first captured the business world's attention
in 1985, when at the University of California, at Berkeley the Carnegie-Mellon
Institute honored Mr. de'Campo by selecting him to serve as research
consultant to Professor
& Nobel Laureate Herbert Simon on his Policy & Research
team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. de'Campo's research served
as the "economic redevelopment map" for the City of Pittsburgh's
most successful employment redevelopment plan in its history. The
impact Professor Simon had on Mr. de'Campo's human capital science
abilities convinced him that the social and HR sciences needed the
same scientifically measurable under-pinnings that legitimized the
"hard" sciences so convincingly. In 1986 he was elected
as Fellow & Scholar with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Then,
at the University of Southern California he achieved a Masters degree
and was elected a William H. Keck Foundation Fellow.
