Jeff Venanzi, Principal & Vice President of MindArchitects3™ & Training

Jeff Venanzi has over 13 years of professional experience in communications & management training, coaching, sales, executive management, human resources, and organizational development consulting. He leads Humanatek’s training and executive search services, along with new product/service developments in each subsidiary. The effective and converged techniques that Jeff acquired through both his education and professional experience, has earned him the reputation of delivering unprecedented corporate training and coaching models in highly interactive environments that leave all attendees refreshed and empowered. Jeff was also the founder and President of Speech Specialists, LLC, a full service performance management coaching, training and presentation firm. A dynamic individual and engaging speaker, Jeff's vibrant background has enabled Humanatek to deepen its expertise and to serve a multitude of clients; from individuals, start-up companies, to high-profile corporations that include: Roland Instruments, Phelps Advertising Group, Ebert Company, 77Records.com, Telmar, Fluor Daniels, and the University of Southern California's School of Business.

Possessing a passion for guiding, coaching, and training, Jeff has enjoyed over six years of tenure as a University instructor and as the lead training instructor for Humanatek. Jeff’s students, primarily comprised of corporate executives and sales professionals, have left his classes with heightened public speaking capabilities, skills to identify and overcome personal and professional weaknesses, and speech techniques that maximize the strength of business presentations. Jeff’s instruction is effective and well received. He is regularly invited to coach corporations that have had representatives in his classes.
Jeff Venanzi achieved his Bachelor of Arts in both Speech & Communications and English at California State University, at Long Beach, California. He is also credentialed as a California Teacher (Master's equivalent); has earned his Certification in Quality Improvement with Multicultural Environments from California State University, at Fullerton, and has also been Certified in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from the Los Angeles Bar Association.
Jeff makes his home in Costa Mesa, California, and enjoys golf, basketball, fitness, theatre and involvement in community philanthropy.
