Some say that it's easy for me to talk about diversity staffing since I am, after all, a "man of color." I say, that's a bit shallow to say. It's true that having been in this body of mine, does lend itself to some particular acute sensitivities and awareness that others may not have. Yet, my definition of being a "person of color" is not just defined by my skin color, but also on my creative mind, my resourceful approaches to staffing problems, and my attitude toward work and leisure.
