Humanatek’s founders recognized the potential and power of the Internet revolution’s impact on HR and staffing very early in the game. Thus, began their research & development on new and novel staffing and HR practices that benefited from the strategic convergence of technologies with advanced and proven staffing and HR methods. In staffing, this convergence is called Multi-disciplinary Advanced Rapid Staffing™ (MARS™). This converged approach is applied to all of Humanatek’s services: staffing, training and consulting.
