Biography: H. Martin deCampo, Managing Principal & Founder
H.
Martin de'Campo first captured the business world's attention in 1985, when
at the University of California, at Berkeley
the Carnegie-Mellon Institute honored Mr. de'Campo by selecting him to serve
as research consultant to Professor
& Nobel Laureate Herbert Simon on his Policy & Research team in
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. de'Campo's research served as the "economic
redevelopment map" for the City of Pittsburgh's most successful employment
redevelopment plan in its history. The impact Professor Simon had on Mr. de'Campo's
human capital science abilities convinced him that the social and HR sciences
needed the same scientifically measurable under-pinnings that legitimized
the "hard" sciences so convincingly. In 1986 he was elected as Fellow
& Scholar with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. Then, at the University
of Southern California he achieved a Masters degree and was elected a William
H. Keck Foundation Fellow.
PROFESSIONAL
Mr. de'Campos dossier reflects over 17 years of international HR and
recruitment experience starting with KPMG as Director of Strategic HR Consulting
in Asia and Latin America, Echlin/Napa Auto Parts, the State Bar of California,
Volkswagen of America, NBC Olympics.Com, Providian Financial, Fremont Investment
& Loan, Quokka Sports.com, Magellan Navigation, Rentokil PLC-UK, numerous
emerging technology start-ups and finally even a stint as an acting full-time
Christian Minister for 2 and a half years. For the last 6 years, Mr. de'Campo
has successfully led Humanatek's successful international consulting practice
from start-ups to Fortune 500 firms. His breadth of experience includes strategic
roles at many high tech dot.coms, telecoms, biopharm firms, banks, law firms,
government, manufacturing, etc.
As recently as 2005, Mr. de'Campo was honored by having been selected by
Human
Capital Magazine (a national business magazine with wide North American
distrbution), as one of America's Future Thought Leaders in strategic Human

RECENTLY
Today, Mr. de'Campo serves as Founder & Managing Principal of Humanatek,
Inc., leading its daily operations. He is also currently working on his latest
book, which will serve as a "Recruiter's Diversity Resource Kit"
of sorts, which will soon be available via Amazon and other online distributors.
His broad spectrum of industry HR and recruiting experience, sophisticated
research training, and groundbreaking, human capital thought leadership, deep
media experience, and engaging public speaking abilities make him well suited
for any keynote speaking engagement.
Gerald
was born in a small beach town in New Jersey and raised in San Diego. While
he was a freshman in junior high school, Gerald's mom bought him his first computer,
an Apple II+ (he still has it!). In no time, Gerald was programming in Basic,
Pascal, and 6502 machine and assembly languages. Before he knew it, he was earning
money as a computer consultant at the tender age of 14. He also computer hacked
on the side. Shhhhh! Ever since those days, Gerald has had his eye on technology.
Thereafter, the young and entrepreneurial Gerald got hit with the comedy bug.
He became a professional stand-up comedian at the age of 17 and became a regular
at such clubs as the Comedy Store, Icehouse and The Laugh Factory. Now, Gerald
Wolfe is the principal attorney of his own practice, Law In Progress, and has
been in the practice of law for almost eight years. He has handled many areas
of law focusing on Internet (website), intellectual property, immigration, corporate
governance, employment and wealth preservation (estate planning, tax planning,
asset protection, bankruptcy). He has also handled legal areas ranging from
all levels of business transactions with entertainment, brick & mortar,

Jeff Venanzi
has over 13 years of professional experience in communications & management

Nora
Chavez-deCampo has over 11 years of international professional experience
working with dynamic organizations in human services and human resources. She
is a graduate of UCLA, with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Immediately following
college, Nora accepted high level - bilingual (English/Spanish) human resource
positions that led to a deepened development of her generalist human capital
knowledge and experience. During this time, not only did she assist many organizations
in the Southern California area with various HR projects such as: payroll, benefits,
employee relations, employee mediation, labor relations, recruiting, strategic
management development, and compensation & incentive planning, but she also
came to the realization that it was her direct encounter with people and resolving
