Biography: Mr. Doug Linn, Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources, Assa Abloy
Mr. Linn is an accomplished, results-focused human capital leader with a successful track record of partnering with management teams to build high performance organizations that effectively utilize their human capital to positively impact their profit margins. He is known as a charismatic leader that naturally and quickly becomes a sounding board for top executive management. His diverse industry experience in large, multi-national organizations as well as mid-size, stand-alone companies and start-ups (from pre to post IPO) such as Assa Abloy, HID Corp, UPS, Schlumberger, Advantest, FiberTower and ITEX, give Mr. Linn a depth of international perspective and wisdom few human resource executives possess. Mr. Linn is a graduate of the Metropolitan State University of Colorado, and possesses his Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification. He is an active member or leader in organizations such as SHRM, HR ExecNet, Vice Presidents Forum, and the ASTD.
