HUMANATEK APPOINTS H.MARTIN DE'CAMPO AS CEO & ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT REORGANIZATION

Eric Johnstone Resigns CEO Post

Oakland, Calif., November 15 -- Humanatek, Inc. (Humanatek™), a professional services corporation deploying patented, cutting-edge and sophisticated consultative Human Capital and staffing services, today announced the appointment of H. Martin de'Campo to the position of Secretary, Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

The Company also announced that Eric Johnstone, Jim Eccles, and Mathew Caldwell have resigned their posts as CEO and Vice Presidents respectively to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. de'Campo brings over 16 years of international consulting, admistrative and operations expertise. He recently served as Board Chairman for Humanatek, Inc. He's also responsible for having founded Humanatek back in 1989, where he architected and developed the sophisticated Human Capital theories and staffing applications that are now well known throughout the business world. His extensive Human Capital experience in high-technology industries includes senior management roles with companies ranging from pre- IPO to large multi-national entities.

Additionally, Mr. de'Campo spent many years on the world stage, serving many multinational corporations in Japan, Korea, Mexico, and Latin America. He is also a popular academic speaker and has published many articles addressing Human Capital matters in various online/offline journals.
